Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, MeltMomento receives the basic profile information Google shares with your consent, such as your name and email address. During checkout, we collect the contact details needed to process and deliver an order.
How we use information
We use this information to provide catalogue access, process orders, communicate about purchases, prevent fraud, and improve the MeltMomento service. The store uses the configured Google Sheet to read catalogue data and record verified order details in its Orders tab.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. MeltMomento does not store complete card, UPI, or bank credentials. Payment providers process transaction data under their own privacy policies and security controls.
Data retention and contact
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain transaction records. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the MeltMomento team through the contact channel provided with your order.
